VRTL PRO is an on-site headshot service for large corporate events in the United States. We set up a full photo studio inside the venue, a professional photographer directs each attendee, and every guest receives a retouched, LinkedIn-ready headshot the same day. Pricing is a flat day rate with travel included, so the cost does not change with headcount.

How much do on-site conference headshots cost?
$4,850 flat for a Full Day: one station, up to 8 hours, up to 240 attendees, travel included anywhere in the U.S. That rate applies to events booked by December 31, 2026. From January 1, 2027 the Full Day is $5,250. There are no per-person fees.
Can you handle 500 or 1,000+ attendees?
Yes. One station photographs up to 30 people an hour. Two stations handle up to 480 in a day. For larger groups we add stations at $4,250 per additional station per day, or spread the program across two or three days.
Do you travel nationwide?
Yes, to all 50 states, and travel is included in the flat rate. We're based in Los Angeles.
How fast do attendees get their photo?
Same day. Guests scan a QR code and their retouched headshot arrives in a private gallery branded to your event, with LinkedIn-ready crops.
Are these AI headshots?
No. Every image is a real photograph taken on site by a professional photographer with studio lighting. Retouching is limited to basic touch-ups so the photo still looks like the person.
Can the booth be branded to our event or sponsor?
Yes. Your branding goes on the delivery gallery and email. Sponsors often bring their own banners for the booth. We use a clean professional backdrop, not a printed logo wall.
What do you need from the venue?
About 10 x 10 feet of floor space and one standard outlet. We bring everything else and can provide a Certificate of Insurance.
How do we book?
Send the date, city and expected headcount. We reply with an estimate. A 50% deposit holds the date, and the estimate is the contract.
